Complete our provider registration form. Tell us about your services, locations, capacity and specialisations. Upload your compliance documents.

Our team reviews your application and compliance documents within 2 business days. Once approved your organisation is active on the platform and ready to receive referrals.
Within 2 business daysReceive Matched Referrals
When a participant needs your services in your area our platform matches them to your organisation. You receive a referral notification with anonymised participant details to review.
Matched to your capacityConnect, Onboard and Commence
Review the referral, make contact with the participant and commence their onboarding. Once the participant is successfully onboarded we follow up to confirm everything went well. A placement fee of $295 + GST is then invoiced per successful onboarding. Payment due within 14 days.

Provider Requirements
To join Support Referrals Australia all providers must meet the following minimum requirements
Insurance Requirements
- Professional Indemnity Insurance — current and valid
- Public Liability Insurance — current and valid
- Documents must be uploaded at registration
NDIS Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check for all staff working with participants
- NDIS registration preferred but not mandatory for all service types
- Compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct at all times
Platform Requirements
- Accurate and up to date capacity status at all times
- Respond to referral notifications within 2 business days
- Notify Support Referrals Australia of any changes to insurance or registration status
Providers who do not meet these requirements or who fail to maintain compliance will be suspended from the platform.

A placement fee of $295 + GST is invoiced for each participant successfully onboarded through our platform. We follow up with both the provider and participant to confirm the onboarding went well before invoicing. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

Invoices are issued as Australian Tax Invoices after we confirm successful participant onboarding. GST is itemised separately. Payment accepted via credit card or bank transfer through our secure payment portal.
